Services

Three areas, end-to-end engineering.

Each service is defined to solve a specific operational problem: slow and risky releases, unpredictable infrastructure cost, and systems that get heavier as they grow.

01

DevOps and Continuous Integration

The problem: manual, lengthy release processes that run differently every time.

Manual deployment processes do not only cost time; they turn every release into an unmeasured risk. We automate the path from repository to production end to end, collecting build, test, security scanning and deployment into a single repeatable pipeline. Because every release goes through the same steps, the “it worked on my machine” conversation disappears and a rollback becomes a single command. Your team's release frequency goes up while the operational effort spent per release goes down.

  • Multi-stage pipelines on GitHub Actions, GitLab CI and Jenkins
  • Automated tests, static analysis and dependency/image security scanning
  • Blue-green and canary deployments with one-step rollback
  • Release tagging, changelogs and deployment traceability
02

Cloud Infrastructure and Container Management

The problem: environments that are undersized at peak and overpriced when idle.

Manually managed environments either overcharge you as they grow or fall short exactly when traffic peaks. We move your applications into standard images with Docker and place them on Kubernetes in a scalable, self-healing structure. Because the entire infrastructure is defined as code, test, staging and production become identical; spinning up a new environment takes minutes, not days. Monitoring, log collection and alerting are in place from day one — an incident is reported by the system, not by your customer.

  • Kubernetes cluster design, autoscaling and resource limits
  • Repeatable environment provisioning with Terraform and Ansible
  • PostgreSQL replication, backup and restore rehearsals
  • Observability with Prometheus, Grafana and centralised logging
03

Enterprise System Architecture Consulting

The problem: systems where every new feature takes longer and nobody wants to touch the code.

A slowing development process is usually not a team problem but the result of an architecture with unclear boundaries. We review your current system in terms of module boundaries, data ownership and dependency direction, then propose a sustainable target structure based on Domain-Driven Design and the modular monolith approach. Layer decisions on the Java/Spring Boot and React side, the PostgreSQL data model, and hybrid environments where Windows Server and Linux run side by side are all assessed in the same picture. The result is a system that is easy to deploy and scale — and that your team is not afraid to work on.

  • Module boundary, context map and data ownership analysis
  • A realistic transition plan for modular monolith ↔ service decomposition
  • Integration design for mixed Windows Server and Linux estates
  • Architecture decision records (ADR) documented with their rationale
